Megarama Games was founded in 2015 as the brainchild of two entrepreneurs in the mobile space. This is the second startup for the founders, one a former medical doctor turned entrepreneur and the other a world-leading cybersecurity expert. The mission of Megarama Games is to create fun and innovative world-class slots games that players will fall in love with. While the founders are based in Tel Aviv, the company is fully remote, with team members spread across Europe and Asia. 

About the job:

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing in a data driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit company business goals. You will own Revenue and DAU KPIs and will plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay aligned with the retention monetization KPIs targets. The role entails working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists.

Requirements

• Understand business targets and possess the ability to craft custom, effective, strategic plans
• Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day promotional activity as well as ongoing optimization
• Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value
• Find new monetization opportunities in new products, offerings or partners and recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
• Structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Continually test, innovate and iterate on-going programs
